No material new regional price trend was independently verified this week. Vietnam’s yarn sector entered September with orders broadly covered, but October visibility remains uneven.
Drewry’s World Container Index rose 1% to $4,500 per 40ft container on Sep. 17. Transpacific rates increased while Shanghai–Rotterdam fell, as carriers managed capacity ahead of Golden Week.
